We currently have 15 crews in attendance at a factory fire in the BD4 area of Bradford. Residents are asked to avoid the area and keep doors and windows closed due to smoke in the air.

We currently have eight fire engines and one aerial ladder platform at a large fire at a scrapyard in Knowsthorpe Road in Leeds. Firefighters are working to bring the blaze under control.

This was a fire in the loft space of a mid terraced property. Size was approx. 8m x 6m with an exposure risk to 2 sides. Crews used 6 breathing apparatus and 3 hose reels to extinguish the fire. There was no persons involved. Crews requested an Aerial ladder platform appliance to assist with roof area investigations.

This is believed to be a derelict building, 20x30m, 50% involved in flames.

Crews mobilised to reports of a semi-detached house on fire. On arrival, crews requested support of an aerial appliance which was sent from Huddersfield, due to fire spreading from 1st floor to the roof. 4 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reels used. Ambulance requested for 1 male approx. 50-60years old suffering with smoke inhalation. Approximately 50% of 1st floor involved in fire. Red Cross fire support attended to support affected occupants.
Derelict building fire, crews made pumps 5 and aerials 1 on arrival. Crews also made incident persons reported. Building size is 25m x 25 containing 3 storeys. Fire crews used 2 large jets, 2 Hose reels and 4 breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. No persons were involved.
