RTC involving one vehicle on it's side with one male casualty trapped. Crews extricated the casualty successfully and handed them over to Yorkshire Ambulance Service for further treatment.
Crews were initially mobilised to a shed fire however, multiple further calls stated the fire had spread to the property. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel to extinguish the fire.
Crews attended a shed fire that was also affecting the building that it was adjacent to. Crews dealt with the fire then carried out a Safe and Well visit.
One male patient complaining of chest pains whilst operating a crane at a height of approx. 38m. The casualty was rescued from the crane using an Aerial Ladder Platform from Wakefield and assisted by Technical Rescue crews and was transported to hospital by ambulance.
Building containing Lithium Ion batteries 100% involved in the fire, building size is 30m x 30m, no exposure risks to surrounding property, 4 ground monitors used to extinguish the fire.
Local residents and anyone in the vicinity are advised to stay indoors with windows and doors shut and air conditioning switched off.

The casualty was rescued by fire crews using a sled to bring them to the banking, before being assessed by the paramedics in attendance.

Crews from across West Yorkshire are in attendance at a Moorland Fire in Marsden. The fire is approx 300m x 300m and specialist Wildfire crews are dealing with the incident.
