We have scaled down to 2 fire engines and 1 aerial appliance at scene. They have 2 hosereels and 1 aerial in use.

Incident now scaling down with supporting resources and officers leaving the incident.

No persons involved or injured and all persons accounted for.

INCIDENT

Crews were initially mobilised to an unknown fire in the Holbeck area.

One hybrid car involved in collision and 1 casualty trapped. Casualty extricated by fire service personnel and left in the care of Yorkshire Ambulance Service. Vehicle checked and left in hands of West Yorkshire Police for recovery.

Crews are currently in attendance at a building fire in South Elmsall. There are 5 fire engines on scene along with 1 Aerial Appliance and multiple officers. 

Crews responded to reports of a house fire with the 3rd floor involved in fire.  Crews used 4 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reels and an aerial appliance to extinguish the fire.  1 casualty suffered from burns and smoke inhalation and was treated by ambulance on scene.  Smoke detection was fitted and working at the time of the incident.

This was 2 car road traffic collision. 1 casualty was removed from vehicle by fire crews and left in care of Yorkshire Ambulance Service. 

2 vehicles involved with 2 casualties trapped in car.  Casualties extricated by fire crews and left in care of YAS on scene.  Battery compartment of electric vehicle not compromised.

This was a single decker bus into a terraced property. Fire crews extricated 1 casualty from the bus and were left in care of Yorkshire Ambulance Service. 

Large scrap yard fire. Approximately 25 metres by 15 metres. 3 ground monitors, 1 large jet, 2 grab cranes and aerial used. Incident handed back to owners 

Terraced property involved, fire on first floor which spread to roof. 1 hose reel, 4 breathing apparatus used and positive pressure ventilation used.

2 appliances from Huddersfield, 1 from Rastrick, aerial from Leeds with support from Slaithwaite.
