Firefighters are currently dealing with a fire at a derelict building on John Street, Bradford.
Residents in the surrounding area are advised to keep windows and doors closed due to smoke coming from the incident.
Please avoid the area where possible to help maintain access for emergency vehicles and crews attending the incident.

Reports of several vehicles involved in a road traffic collision on the motorway, with 1 car on its roof. On arrival crews dealt with casualties on scene while awaiting ambulance arrival, although all were out of the vehicle. A total of 9 casualties were involved, with 5 requiring medical attention from YAS.
Road traffic collision with a motorcycle and recovery truck involved. 1 trapped casualty released by Fire Service and left in hands of Yorkshire Ambulance service.
Call to an RTC involving 2 cars on the M62 near to Junction 22. On arrival, the occupant of one of the vehicles was not trapped and in the hands of the paramedics on scene. Crews disconnected the battery of one of the cars to make the scene safe before leaving.
Domestic property, reports of house explosion with no fire, 2 casualties walking wounded in care of paramedics, further casualties are unaccounted for, the technical rescue unit and the urban search and rescue dog are attending to carry out further searches.
Two fire engines from Cookridge and Leeds Stations were mobilised to a road traffic collision involving one car. Due to the car reported to be on its roof our Technical Rescue Unit and Support Crew were also mobilised from Spen Valley Fire Station. A total of three casualties were found to be out of vehicle on arrival, and a further casualty was mechanically trapped and extricated by Firefighters on scene. All casualties were treated by Yorkshire Ambulance Service and transported to hospital.
This was a single decker bus into a terraced property. Fire crews extricated 1 casualty from the bus and were left in care of Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
Call to a horse stuck in a muck heap, unable to release itself. Crews on scene secured the horse and managed to release it into the care of the owner.
Crews responded to a call from a lady who was stuck in a bog up to her waist on moorland in Holmfirth area whilst walking her dog. Crews successfully located the lady and led her to safety. She was left in the care of the ambulance service for a check up.
Fire engine from Holmfirth attended along with specialist resources and officers from technical rescue and water rescue stations.
Firefighters from Fairweather Green along with our Technical Rescue Unit from Cleckheaton and a specialist Technical Rescue Officer responded to the report of a jack russell dog and a fox trapped approximately 5 metres in an underground tunnel measuring approximately 30cm wide. After digging through the tunnel firefighters were able to safely release both animals.
