Call received from police to report of male in water. 1 casualty rescued by fire service and handed to care of paramedics for transporting to hospital.
Flat fire 1 hose reel and 2 breathing apparatus used. 1 female casualty led to safety by fire service and taken to St James hospital suffering smoke inhalation
House fire – upstairs of property 100% involved. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel used.
House fire – living room involved. 6 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reels and positive pressure ventilation used.
Crews were called to rescue two deer from the canal. A specialist officer and water rescue team were mobilised to this incident. Despite our best efforts the deer did not survive the ordeal.
This was a fire in a kitchen, 10% involved in fire. Crews used 4 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel to extinguish the fire. 1 adult female was led to safety by fire service personnel and left in care of the ambulance service. Smoke alarms were fitted in the property and had actuated.
Crews from Killingbeck and Leeds attended.
Crews were called to reports of a large area of moorland on fire near Gaddings Dam in the Waldsen area. Specialist Wildfire crews attended, including one from Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, and used the Argo Cat, which is a specialist wildfire vehicle, and beaters to put out the fire.
Derelict building fire, make pumps 5.
Incident was made persons reported on arrival of first crew. Kitchen fire, 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel used. 1 male was led to safety by firefighters.
Smoke detectors not installed. New detectors installed at time of incident. No requirement for fire investigation.
2 appliances from Killingbeck and 1 from Moortown attended.
We were called at 16.07 by West Yorkshire Police to assist with a building collapse on Kirkgate in Leeds.

Work is ongoing at the building.

All crews have left the scene, leaving this incident in the hands of our colleagues at West Yorkshire Police. No casualties were found.
