As People Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our service, helping to drive the success of over 1,450 dedicated colleagues who work tirelessly to help people and save lives. What you’ll do
No one day is ever the same in WYFRS people services! This is a busy role, and you could be working with operational fire crew at our main Bradford fire station or providing HR support to our enabling teams promoting best practice HR from our Headquarters in Birkenshaw. You will support services with all people related matters and contribute to a highly professional people function which delivers excellence and puts people at the heart of every decision.
