Derelict building, 20m x 30m of which 30% was involved in fire. Crews used 1 aerial, 6 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reels and 1 large jet to extinguish the fire.
We were called to a house fire on Leeds Road, Huddersfield, at 02:18 this morning.
Four appliances were sent from Huddersfield, Rastrick, Stanningley and Cleckheaton, and an aerial appliance from Wakefield.
Three people, including two children, were recovered from the property and received CPR before being taken to hospital by Yorkshire Ambulance Service. West Yorkshire Police were also in attendance.
Fire Investigation is now on scene to determine the cause of the fire.
Mid terrace property fire, property size approximately 10m x 10m with 100% of roof involved in fire. Crews attending used an aerial appliance, 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets and 1 large jet to extinguish fire.
Firefighters from across West Yorkshire are currently tackling a large building fire at Canal Mills in Armley, Leeds.
Residents in Armley and Leeds City Centre are advised to keep their doors and windows closed due to the heavy smoke from the fire.

Local residents and anyone in the vicinity are advised to stay indoors with windows and doors shut and air conditioning switched off.
Fire crews were called to reports of a high-rise building fire just before 6pm this evening (12 July).
The fire was contained to a flat fire on the 5th floor. Residents were evacuated from the 5th and 6th floors as a precaution as firefighters tackled the fire.
All persons were accounted for.
Crews were called to a fire in a house in Methley.
Whilst 3 fire engines were on route, Fire Control sent a 4th appliance to assist due to the information from callers.
On arrival, the incident commander requested an aerial appliance also to assist.
