Moorland fire - Wessenden Reservoir, Marsden
The incident is now closed and our crews have handed back over to the National Trust (the landowners).
Thank you to everyone for your understanding and patience, which allowed the teams to work safely to tackle the fire.

Fire crews are currently in attendance and dealing with a moorland fire near Wessenden Reservoir, Marsden, Huddersfield.
We will remain at the scene overnight to ensure the area remains safe and will resume firefighting operations at 5am.
