Derelict Building Fire - Halifax Area

Firefighters from Halifax and Rastrick responded to a smell of burning from a three-storey derelict bingo hall.  On arrival crews discovered a small fire under the stage on the ground floor.  The building measured approximately 40m x 50m. A total of 4 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire.
