    Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service to appoint a Workforce Development Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of coaching & mentoring and management development programmes and the completion of personal reviews.

    You will welcome the opportunity to work on your own initiative, meet deadlines and get results and have an aptitude for problem solving, with a passion for continual professional development.

    You will have experience in the delivery of workforce development programmes and evaluating learning and facilitating change. In addition to assisting with the administration of internal processes, you will have the ability to collate, analyse and communicate accurate information, ensuring you demonstrate a commitment to data quality in all areas of your work.

    A qualification in coaching and mentoring at level 3, or equivalent experience is a pre-requisite, as is a valid full driving licence.
