    House

    Farnham Road, Great Horton, Bradford

    Small fire in living room. 2 breathing apparatus sets, positive pressure ventilation, and 1 hose reel used. Ambulance requested for 1 child suffering from smoke inhalation.

    1 appliance Fairweather Green and 1 from Bradford attended.  Fire investigation team attended to ascertain the cause of fire.

    House Persons

    Wayland Croft, Adel, Leeds

    Chip pan fire in kitchen extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel. Ambulance requested for precautionary checks for one female aged approx 80 years old suffering from smoke inhalation.

    Smoke detectors were fitted and had actuated to raise the alarm.

    Appliances from Cookridge, Rawdon and Leeds attended. Fire investigation officer also attended.

    Griffe Road, Wyke, Bradford.

    House fire, back bedroom involved. Crews extinguished fire using 1 hose reel, 2 breathing apparatus and positive pressure ventilation fans.

    Leeds Road Traffic Collision

    Stanningley By Pass, Stanningley

    Road traffic collsion involving 1 car and a pick up truck near to the Owlcotes Centre on the Eastbound carraigeway. 1 female was trapped in the car. The casualty was extricated by fire service personnel and then transported to hospital by ambulance.

    Road Traffic Collision - Liversedge Area

    Huddersfield Road junction Liversedge Hall Lane

    2 cars involved in a Road Traffic Collision. 1 male casualty was trapped inside the vehicle and was extricated by the Fire Service. He was then transported to hospital by the ambulance service.

    Appliances from Cleckheaton and Batley attended the incident.

    Flat Fire Persons Leeds

    Oatland Court, Oatland Drive, Sheepscar, Leeds

    Reports of smoke in the corridor on the 12th floor, on arrival of crews this was made persons reported at Flat 77, fire service gained entry, this was a pan left unattended on the cooker, 4 breathing apparatus and 2 large jets where used, 1 female occupant suffered smoke inhalation, she was checked over by the ambulance service but did not attend hospital.

    4 appliances attended from 2 Leeds, 1 Gipton and 1 Moortown and also the aerial appliance from Leeds.

    Mill Fire, Make pumps 10 and Aerials 2, Bradford Area

    Ivy Mills, Mill Lane, West Bowling, Bradford

    Mill fire, 100% involved in fire. Multi storey occupational use. 11 large jets used and 2 aerial appliances from Bradford and Leeds attended. Building was sectorised and size of building was approx 80m x 30m.

    Firefighting pumps from across the brigade attended along with specialist applainces and officers.

    Ravensthorpe building fire

    Huddersfield Road, Ravensthorpe

    Make pumps 4 building fire. 2 storey building involved in fire, building used as a warehouse and rag store. Building measured 8 metres by 12 metres and was 100 per cent involved in fire. Crews used 4 jets and 4 breathing apparatus. Sturctural engineer from local authority was requested due to a partial collapse of the building.

    Pumps from Dewsbury, Ossett and Mirfield attended.

    Building fire make pumps 8 - Bradford area

    Chapel Street, Bradford

    Derelict building fire.  This incident was made up to pumps 8.  A disused mill building 10m x 15m 5 storeys with exposure risk to two sides.  Multiple seats of fire, ten breathing apparatus, three large jets, two hose reels and a positive pressure ventilation fan used.

    Appliances attended from across the brigade area.
