Fire Reform

Author: Dave Walton

You are probably aware by now that the Home Secretary gave a speech on the subject of ‘Fire Reform’ on Tuesday 24 May 2016. The speech is much awaited and is the first significant policy direction given since the move of the Fire & Rescue Service to the Home Office in January 2016. The contents of the speech and its content have been widely predicted. I’ve provided a copy here, alongside some of the commentary and reaction. Its not intended to be an exhaustive list, more a collection of the articles that I could readily locate.
