West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) has now sold the former Haworth Fire Station.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service no longer own the property in Haworth, Keighley and it has been sold to a private company local to the West Yorkshire area.
The service closed the doors to the station due to budget cuts in 2014.
All profits from the sale of the building will be reinvested back into WYFRS and into making West Yorkshire safer.
Senior Technical Services Manager, Noel Rodriguez, said: “Now that the building is no longer our responsibility we hope that whatever it is transformed into will benefit the local community.
“We are glad to have sold the building for above the valued price, the money from the sale will be reinvested back into WYFRS and into the maintenance and development of excellent service to the communities of West Yorkshire.”
