At Junction 26 take the exit for the A58 towards Leeds.
Continue for 2 miles until Birkenshaw roundabout.

Northbound at Junction 42 take the M62 westbound.
At Junction 26 (Chain Bar) take the first exit A58 towards Leeds. Continue for 2 miles until Birkenshaw roundabout.

Public Transport
There are good rail links with the rest of the UK to both Leeds and Bradford. Direct bus services operate from the cities of Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield with stops adjacent to FRSHQ. Other bus services operate from most towns in the area.
The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International.
Parking
Visitor parking is available adjacent to the Training Centre
Please do not park in the reserved parking bays adjacent to Oakroyd Hall.
