In our pursuit of ever more effective service provision we may offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys or consultations in relation to local and national Fire & Rescue Service issues.

Whether such contacts are made with you by the WYFRA or it’s agents, a record of the information provided by you will be kept by the WYFRA and will not be released to any external third parties outside the WYFRA without first obtaining your consent, unless we are required by law to disclose certain information.

If you are under 16, please get your parent/guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information on-line to our corporate website.
