RDS 110 SURVEY METER

The RDS 110 is a microprocessor based Multi-Purpose Survey Meter designed for monitoring gamma, x-ray and beta radiation.

The external beta probe is used for detection of beta particles ( measured in counts per second CPS).

The webbing neck strap should be worn every time the meter is used.

The dose rate alarm, dose alarm and CPS rate(counts per second) alarm are not to be set in the meter.

Even when alarm rates are not set the meter will still give out an alarm signal if the dose, dose rate or CPS rate measurement range have been exceeded.
