M.I.B.S STRETCHER

The MIBS stretcher is a lightweight bodysplint stretcher that is easy to assemble and can be rolled for storage. It is constructed of ballistic cordura and contains no metallic parts. The stretcher features safe lock buckles, adjustable foot trap, head restraint and offers full casualty retention and spinal support. It is suitable for vertical lift and lowering rescues. When used in conjunction with the spinal board, it provides an effective means of transportation of a patient with suspected neck or spinal injuries.
