Deputy Chief Fire Officer - Steve Beckley, QFSM MSc MCGI MIFireE
DCFO Beckley is responsible for leading the brigade through a period of significant change by producing a Strategic Plan; implementing the Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP); assessing Rationalisation Strategy; delivering the new Command and Control system; ensuring provision of high level assurance of service delivery and support; considering ICT strategy and dealing with issues emerging from the Fundamental review.

Director of Service Delivery
Assistant Chief Fire Officer - Craig McIntosh, MA(Dist) DMS MIFireE
ACO McIntosh is responsible for all the county's front-line fire stations and the central Mobilising and communications Centre. The directorate has three principal areas of responsibility:

Operations Support which prepares emergency plans and ensures that the brigade addresses all forseeable operational risks;

Operations Response are responsible for the day to day management of the fire stations and associated crews and making sure that the stations have the resources and equipment to work efficiently, safely and effectively;

Mr Michael G Barnes, Solicitor
Mr. Barnes is the Solicitor to the Authority and also holds several statutory offices at Monitoring Officer, Proper Officer and Clerk to the Authority. In addition to personal responsibility for corporate governance ethics, legal affairs and information risk he has the following Corporate Management supervisory responsibilities:

Mr Geoff Maren, CPFA
Mr Maren is the Statutory Finance Officer responsible for the administration of the financial affairs of the Authority as required under the Local Government Act 1985.
